Rolled Pork Shoulder Roast – Free-Range Borrowdale Pork

A generous, centrepiece-style pork roast made for slow roasting, crisp crackling and soft, succulent meat.

This rolled pork shoulder roast is expertly butchered, fully deboned and neatly rolled for easy cooking and carving. Surrounded by scored crackle and available from 3kg–4kg+, it delivers excellent flavour, reliable results and a proper roast pork experience.

Sourced from Borrowdale Free Range, known for ethical farming practices and consistently high-quality, pasture-raised pork. Borrowdale pork is prized for its natural flavour, excellent fat cover and tenderness, making it ideal for slow roasting.

Available plain or with your choice of stuffing, this roast is perfect for family gatherings, festive tables and special occasions.

Christmas Orders:

We are offering Tuesday 22nd December delivery Christmas week all other orders will need to be picked up from your chosen location – Miranda, Burraneer, or the Shire Farmers Market. Please remember, if your order includes fresh seafood, it must be collected on Christmas Eve  and cannot be delivered.

Christmas meat pricing is a guide only. We’ll take a deposit of around 80% when you place your order, then weigh and price your item once it’s prepared. Any small balance will be due on pickup.

Because our products are prepared in-house, the final weight of your order may vary slightly from the estimate. If it’s a little higher, we’ll let you know and collect the difference when order is ready. If it’s a little lower, we’ll refund you promptly. We do our best to keep these changes minimal and will keep you informed every step of the way.

Orders will close on Sunday 13 December 2026. After this date, no refunds will be made, so please contact us directly if you need to make changes before the cut-off.
