Farmgate to Plate Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 21.10.2025

Welcome to the Farmgate to Plate Loyalty Program (the "Program"). This program is designed to reward our valued customers for their ongoing support and loyalty across our in-store locations at Miranda and Burraneer. By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
  • The Program is available to customers shopping in-store at Farmgate to Plate Miranda and Burraneer.

2. Enrolment and Account Management

  • Customers may enrol by completing the official sign-up form online or via the in-store QR code.
    Only one account is permitted per person. Duplicate accounts may be merged or deleted without notice.
  • At the time of sign-up, customers must provide a valid Australian mobile number. This mobile number will serve as the unique identifier for your loyalty account.
  • Customers are responsible for keeping their contact details (particularly mobile number) up to date to ensure point tracking and redemption.

3. Earning Points

  • Members earn 1 loyalty point for every $1 AUD spent on full priced items in store.
  • Points are awarded based on the total transaction amount, excluding:
    • Discounted or promotional items
    • Gift cards
    • Services (e.g. catering, classes)
    • Items already purchased using loyalty credits
  • Points are accrued at the time of purchase and are automatically linked to the customer's account via mobile number.

4. Redeeming Points

  • 250 points = $10 in-store credit
  • Credits can be redeemed in-store only and must be used in a single transaction.
  • Loyalty credit cannot be redeemed for cash, applied retroactively, or used toward gift cards or discounted products. Points must be redeemed by the account holder and are non-transferable.

5. Expiry & Validity

  • Points expire 3 months after the date they are earned if not redeemed.
  • Expired points or credit cannot be reinstated.

6. Misuse and Fraud

  • Farmgate to Plate reserves the right to audit, suspend, or terminate accounts that exhibit:
    • Suspected fraud or misuse
    • Abuse of the program (e.g., creating fake accounts)
    • Behaviour deemed inconsistent with the spirit of the program
  • Any points or rewards earned through misuse may be revoked at the company’s discretion.

7. Account Information

  • It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure their contact details are up to date.
  • You can update your details at any time by completing this form.

8. Program Limitations

  • Points will only be accrued through eligible transactions.
  • Points only start accruing after the customer has registered and been entered into the system which happens each Monday. 
  • Points have no monetary value unless converted to credit under the terms of the Program.
  • This Program is only valid for in-store transactions at Farmgate to Plate

9. Modifications or Termination

  • Farmgate to Plate reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Changes may include, but are not limited to: the point-to-dollar ratio, eligibility criteria, redemption thresholds, and store participation.
  • Notice of changes will be posted in-store and/or communicated via email to registered members.

10. Disputes and Errors

  • If you believe there is an error in your points balance or redemption, please notify us via hello@fgtp.com.au within 30 days of the transaction. 
  • We will investigate in good faith, and our decision will be final.
  • Disputes are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

11. Account Closure and Opt-Out

  • You may close your loyalty account at any time by contacting our support team.
  • Upon closure, all accrued points and credits will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

12. Using Your Loyalty Account In-Store

  • To access or redeem loyalty rewards, you must provide your registered mobile number to a Farmgate to Plate team member at the time of purchase.
  • Currently, no other method (e.g., name, email address, physical card) can be used to look up your account.
  • Your mobile number acts as the unique link to your account and is required for:
    • Earning points at checkout
    • Redeeming available loyalty credit
    • Verifying account status or point balance

13. Privacy and Communications

  • Your personal data is collected, stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • By enrolling in the Loyalty Program, you agree to receive transactional communications related to your loyalty account (e.g., points balances, expiry notices, account updates).
  • You may also choose to receive marketing emails that include exclusive offers, promotions, and bonus point opportunities. These are optional, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
    Please note: Some loyalty benefits (e.g., promotional point bonuses or exclusive offers) may only be available to customers who remain opted in to marketing communications.

14. General Provisions

  • Participation in the Loyalty Program indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • These Terms supersede all previous representations, communications, or understandings relating to the Program.
  • If any clause is deemed invalid, the remainder of the Terms shall remain enforceable.
  • Any disputes arising from the Program will be handled in good faith and at the discretion of Farmgate to Plate management.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
