Animals treated with the utmost respect and gratitude, provided with space + nutrition and care - these Black Angus cattle receive no hormones or antibiotics throughout their life.
Our preservative free Paleo Sausages are perfect for the those sensitive to preservatives and who are looking to add some offal to their diet, hidden in a sausage! They are made with our Bergalia farm Beef, 15% beef heart, 15% beef liver and a mix of herbs and spices including salt, pepper, dried coriander, nutmeg and dried sage.
Due to the short shelf life of preservative free products, our sausages are snap frozen the day they are made.
