Bulk Lamb - Whole Body
Price per kg based on hung half carcass weight of the Lamb at approx 24kg. The total weight of meat you receive will depend on your cut preferences - Generally final yield is 20-30% less than the hung weight. Note all meat will be cryovac'd + labelled for cleanliness, extended shelf life & convenience, all sausages will be trayed and plastic wrapped.
