Bulk Beef - Half Body
Price per kg based on hung carcass weight of the Hindquarter at approx 110kg. The total weight of meat you receive will depend on your cut preferences - Generally final yield is approx 35% less than the hung weight. Note all meat will be cryovac'd + labelled for cleanliness, extended shelf life & convenience, all sausages will be trayed and plastic wrapped.
All of our free range beef is sourced from Bergalia Farm, Moruya.
