Regenerative farmers just outside of Sydney, Luke and Jess milk their own herd of Jersey cows twice a day to feed their vealer calves. Choosing only male calves to grow, these are considered a waste product of the dairy industry and generally don't have a nice life - that is until Luke and Jess took them under their wing. Out on pasture 24/7 and unlike competitors that make their calves anemic, these guys live the high life. Chemical free and rotationally grazed.
