Our preservative free Sausages are great for the those sensitive to preservatives or are looking for a healthier option.  They are made with our Bergalia farm Beef and a mix of herbs and spices including salt, pepper, dried coriander, nutmeg and dried sage. 

Due to the short shelf life of preservative free products, our sausages are snap frozen the day they are made.
