    Produced by Artisan cheese makers ‘Long Paddock Cheese’ in Castlemaine, Victoria.
    This funky little gem is wrapped with a strip of spruce bark, emulating its influencer Mont d’Or.
    Oozing with character, Driftwood is filled with the flavor and aroma of the forest. Displaying deep earthy notes thanks to the spruce and sweet, mushroom, grassy notes from the fresh milk. You can eat as is or bake the wheel whole for a hot, woody, cheesy dish that’s sure to impress.
