    Rara Rouge is raring to go. A light-hearted and joyful Shiraz, that only saw a brief amount of time on its skins, hence the lightish colour.

    A small amount of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris was also added to give an aromatic boost.

    It's got a serious side though, with some time spent in oak, all unfined and unfiltered. But is primarily a bouncy light red, veering towards a heavy rose.
